Built for sweetness. SL-28 — a Kenyan-origin varietal prized for its complexity — grown at high altitude on Bürejake farm in Tarrazú. The red honey process leaves a portion of the fruit on the bean during drying, building layers of caramelized sweetness in the cup.
Flavour notes: Brown sugar, red apple, raisin. Smooth, balanced body. Roast: Medium. Best brewed as: Espresso or moka pot for a syrupy shot. Equally good as pour-over.
