Bold and fruit-forward. 100% Catuai beans grown at altitude on Bürejake farm in Tarrazú, dried whole-cherry in the sun — the natural process that lets the fruit's character soak into the bean.

Flavour notes: Dark berry, milk chocolate, toasted almond. Round body, lingering sweetness.
Roast: Medium.
Best brewed as: French press or AeroPress to bring out the body. Also great as a slow drip.

Handpicked, sun-dried at origin, roasted fresh in The Netherlands.
