For the adventurous palate. Grown on Kwiso farm in Tarrazú and fermented in sealed tanks without oxygen — a modern process that produces vivid, almost fruit-wine character in the cup. One of our most distinctive coffees.

Flavour notes: Tropical fruit, dark cherry, wine-like acidity. Complex, layered finish.
Roast: Medium.
Best brewed as: Pour-over (V60) to let the complexity shine. Also excellent cold-brewed.
